Dr. Joseph Benoit Prosper is a medical doctor who did his pre-med studies at Florida A&M University and is a graduate of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México), which is ranked among the leading public research universities in Latin America and whose alumni include multiple Nobel Prize winners. Dr. Prosper did his residency in internal medicine with a sub-specialty in homeopathic medicine in affiliation with Homeopathy Without Borders. He also has a certificate in intensive care in San Francisco, California.
As a born Haitian, Dr. Prosper returned to devote his career to the under-served of his nation, and in 2015 he founded the Telemedicine Center of Haiti. Over 50,000 people have been served since the Center opened.
As a consultant to the United Nations, and having conducted medical training centers and clinics on at three different continents, Dr. Prosper is making a tremendous contribution to the practice of medicine in disadvantaged countries seeking to establish systematic emergency medical assistance and preventative health care.

Under the leadership of Dr. Prosper, there are currently 12 employees and 18 volunteers; including physicians, nurses, lab and pharmacy technicians, cleaners and a receptionist.
